Missing lib/proguard.jar

Working on a windows platform with java 1.6 . I downloaded the proguard-master.zip from github.
But there is no lib directory. How do I build them with vintage eclipse 2009?

Hi @nennotw, unfortunately ProGuard requires Java 1.8 so cannot be built with Java 1.6
